Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it has arrived safely. You’ll also be informed whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, we will of course replace it at no cost, including free return shipping, provided the item is in stock.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another product, a return shipping fee applies:
– 80 SEK within Sweden
– 150 SEK within the EU

Return Shipping
To return an item, simply email us at kundservice@feelingcollection.se and we’ll provide you with a return label or QR code.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to get your new item to you as quickly as possible.
